CRETypeList	A coded entry template to allow a list of UUIDs of coded entries to be associated with a specific Care Record Element (CRE) type. Note only one occurrence of a list is allowed per CRE type. There will need to be one instance of this template for each CRE type used.

[1..1] [M] code (CV { CNE:CRETypeSnCT } )	Model Attribute Description The HL7 attribute code uses a SNOMED CT code from the CRETypeSnCT vocabulary to describe the type of CRE type. Implementation in XML Instance The Coded Value (CV) data type shall be used to carry this information in the XML element code as follows: The XML attribute code shall contain a code from the subset stated in CRETypeSnCT vocabulary The XML attribute codeSystem shall contain the OID "2.16.840.1.113883.2.1.3.2.4.15" The XML attribute displayName shall carry a description associated with the code in the subset stated in the CRETypeSnCT vocabulary

This is used to identify how the CDA standard has been constrained for NHS use. *[1..] [M] value (LIST<II>**)	Model Attribute Description The HL7 attribute value uses a list of identifiers to identify each unique instance of a coded entry which is the CRE type specified in the HL7 attribute code. Implementation in XML Instance The Identifier Global data type flavour is used to carry each identifier in the XML element value as follows: Each occurrence in the list of the XML attribute root shall contain a DCE UUID The UUID will be the UUID of the focal act of the coded entry which is indexed / classified by this CRE type.
