Overview
In NHS Digital, we’ve recently agreed to allow analysts to make code available externally. As part of this, we’ve started publishing some of our internal resources. One of the most useful for this community is our RAP Community of Practice. These resources came out of a collaboration between the Data Science team and several analytical teams to adopt good coding practices and build reproducible analytical pipelines (RAP).
As a continuation from this, we also want to share our experiences and lessons learnt from our several projects and undertakings. We hope these blog posts and updates from our side increase the sight our external users have on our ways of working and generate discussion on analytical topics.
