Provides a digital communications capability by extracting Crystal Report data from NBSS and generating messages to be sent to NHS Notify, which sends out the appropriate form of communication

The Communication Manager service is responsible for managing all communication activities within the screening program. It handles the delivery of notifications, reminders, and other communications to participants and healthcare providers through various channels.
